Meet Me

Training, story, and a spiritual-somatic lens for transforming sexuality, grief, and turning points.

A rugged shoreline at twilight where waves rhythmically wash over smooth black stones, each retreating wave leaving behind a mirror-like sheen that reflects the deep indigo sky and a thin band of rose-gold at the horizon. On the wet stones rests a single, intricately carved wooden mask, half-submerged, its features softened by years of water and salt, hinting at identities long worn and now released. The scene is lit by the last, low light of day, creating subtle highlights along the mask’s edges and gentle shadows between the stones. Photographic realism, captured from a low angle with a wide lens for sweeping depth, evoking surrender, authenticity, and the ongoing dance of loss and renewal.
A weathered wooden doorway standing alone in a misty clearing at the edge of an ancient forest, its panels etched with faint, swirling patterns of gold leaf that catch the light. The ground around it is covered in damp moss and scattered autumn leaves in rust, amber, and deep burgundy, gently curling at the edges. Soft early-morning light filters through tall pines, creating long, delicate shadows and a subtle halo around the doorway. Photographic realism, shot at eye level with a shallow depth of field so the forest melts into a velvety blur, evoking transition, mystery, and the sense of stepping into a new chapter of life’s journey.

About My Path And Practice

For more than twenty-five years I have walked with clients through loss, trauma, desire, and rebirth—as a licensed counselor, educator, author, and activist—bridging spirituality, sexuality, and history into grounded, trauma-informed coaching for LGBTQ+ lives in transition.

A cracked, dark glass bottle half-buried in rich, loamy soil of a garden bed, its cork pushed out as luminous golden mist and tiny, abstract light forms pour upward, expanding into the dusk sky. Around the bottle, tender green shoots and white blossoms emerge from decomposing brown leaves and twigs, showcasing life rising from decay. Gentle golden-hour sunlight slants across the scene, glinting on the glass and illuminating specks of soil in the air. Photographic realism with a low, close-up angle, crisp focus on the bottle and mist, background softly blurred, creating a mood of liberation, healing, and the release of long-held energy into spiritual renewal.
A spiral stone pathway made of irregular, smooth river rocks in shades of slate, sand, and muted rose, winding inward across a quiet meadow toward a single, luminous seedling pushing up through dark compost at the center. The surrounding grass is dew-kissed and soft, with a few feathers and fallen petals scattered along the path like subtle markers of past stories. Overhead, an overcast sky diffuses silvery light, bathing everything in a calm, contemplative glow. Photographic realism, shot from a slightly elevated angle using the rule of thirds, with gentle vignetting at the corners to draw the eye inward, symbolizing the journey into one’s true myth and gradual rebirth.
